"Content Calendar" is a schedule of when you will publish your new content.

It helps you manage your content creation and publication process, making it easier to track your dates and publications.
You could use a content calendar for your blog content, social media posts, email campaigns, videos, and a lot more. It might also help you include fields for:
Titles
Publication Dates
Platforms
Hashtags
Content Calendars have many benefits, some of them might be:
Consistency: Having a reminder, of when you're supposed to post and what you're supposed to post can help you create a good routing for your content posting.
Collaboration: It creates a clear vision for what you want to post and when you want to post it, you don't have to think every day "What was I supposed to post" because it is already written down and you know what you have to do.
Content Diversity: It helps you ensure that the content you're posting is different every day, posting about the same topic over and over again might bore your audience, and you don't want them to get bored and start scrolling past your posts.
There are many different content planners that you could use, some of them are third-party calendars like Trello, Asana, CoSchedule, or Monday.
But you could also just use your Google Calendar to create a content planner inside of it.
A lot of social media platforms, allow us to just schedule our content as well, so if you're creating on a specific social media platform like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or Linked-In you can schedule your content there, and it will be posted automatically there, at the time you have chosen.
Another great tool for that might be Adobe Express, where you can create ad creatives and schedule them for multiple platforms at the same time, which makes it easier and faster to manage.
